Last week, the option for schools to purchase digital content from the content tender closed and we were fortunate to be joined by schools from around the country who purchased ClapLab as a work tool during the year. The content tender is a tender that contains a list of products that the Ministry of Education has checked and approved. Institutions with an institution number from the Ministry of Education can purchase programs from the tender according to a predetermined budget (according to the size of the school).
Approved products in the educational catalog
The developer company of ClapLab, CloseApp, has two tools that are approved in the content tender. The first is of course ClapLab, which appears and is approved in the educational catalog and digital tools: ClapLab – the educational catalog And the second is a trivia game developed by the company OrQuiz: OrQuiz – the educational catalog
Sign up for tools from the content tender – digital content
Starting in the summer, many schools began to register for the content tender and choose the digital tools they will use in the coming school year. Our products in the catalog are relatively new, yet schools have chosen them, mainly thanks to the interesting innovation they contain. Our products are molds! Everyone can use them to create their own games using any content they want. Both ClapLab and OrQuiz allow game creators to create their own games with their own content.
Diverse schools use the generator
This is how we got schools from a variety of populations to sign up and use ClapLab. A variety of ages: high schools, elementary schools, middle schools.
A diverse population!
Of course, general schools and schools from the Hamad (religious state) purchased the rights to use the game generator. They were joined by schools from various sectors of Israeli society who came to take part in the ClapLab family. the generator in order to run the games in the classroom without the need and use of the Internet In addition, we were privileged that the Arab population will also use the generator, thanks to the compatibility of the generator with the Arabic language and the possibility to enter content in right-to-left writing, which characterizes the Arabic language (as well as Hebrew).
Group use of the game generator
In order to allow schools to work together, we created the option of creating games in groups where some of the content is collaborative and some is not. Each school associates (via the generator’s admin) users to the school, and the users enjoy creating games under the school subscription. And so teachers and students can produce games that they will share in the classroom and anywhere they want on the Internet.
For those who didn’t have enough – there is a vine
In the last week we worked intensively to inform schools of the possibility to purchase our programs in the content tender. However, there are schools that have already closed the budget and there are schools that we did not have time to reach and did not have time to purchase the program this year (it is always possible next year). But our hope is not lost, as they wrote in the past. The game generator is approved in the Geffen program , so for those who haven’t had enough yet, you can purchase and work with ClapLab through Geffen.
Here for you!
It’s really confusing and it’s not always clear which program is right for you and what all the options are for each institution. We invite you to contact us and we will be happy to help, explain and assist as much as possible.
